These terms apply to the Fleurista website. Ordering flowers happens in person or over the phone, so the consumer contract is formed directly with Aisling O'Brien, trading as Fleurista, Main Street, Drumkeeran, Co. Leitrim.
Flowers are a perishable product. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the European Union (Consumer Contracts) Regulations 2013 apply.
Orders, substitutions, refunds
Stock varies from week to week. If a specific flower is unavailable Aisling will substitute like for like unless you've asked us not to.
If anything arrives not as described or damaged, ring the shop within 24 hours and we will replace or refund it. Perishable goods are excluded from the standard 14-day cooling-off right once work on a made-to-order arrangement has begun.
For disputes you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
